Offset Printing Machine

1. Easy operation: McLantis offset printing machine adopts pneumatic clutch supported by air pump. The touch screen let operation very easy.
 
2. Exact registration: Front paper stopper of registration, both side-pulled-paper stopper, paper feeding horizontal registration, paper feeding table slight adjustment, plate cylinder registration of up/down.
 
3. Quick plate registration: The plate can be moved axially, which make registration convenient.
 
4. Dampening and inking separated: Dampening system is separated from inking system, which can adjust dampening and inking flexibly and content the requirement of different printing items for dampening and ink. This is good for multicolor printing.
 
5. Pre-set counter: McLantis offset printing machine adopts electromagnetic pre-set counter. If the quantity printing work finishes, the paper feeding stops automatically. 
 
6. Double sheets detection: McLantis offset printing machine can avoid the problem such as double sheets, paper overlap and non-stop. 
 
7. McLantis offset printing machine is controlled by PLC. There are functions such as auto press, auto stop while paper jam, powder jet, step forward and backward. Ink auto supply system let the color of printing be more uniform.
 
8. There are forme 3 inking rollers and 2 forme dampening rollers. We improved the order of inking rollers. Three ink vibrators can drives fast back and forth. Thus the inking supply can be transferred fast and uniform.
